The Children's Museum: a place for kids to learn and have fun while doing it.

Located near the Aquarium, just off I-25 near downtown, the Children’s Museum of Denver is the place to take your young kids if you’d like to see them learn through play.  It offers interactive exhibits, year-round special events and daily educational programming centered around a variety of playscapes.

The 16 exhibits include Click Clack Train Track, ARTS a la Carte, and Alphabet Soup: a magnetic wall swirling with letters waiting to be arranged into stories.  At the Assembly Plant, aspiring engineers can design trucks, use blueprints to construct helicopters, and build buildings.  Ready Vet Go encourages budding animal doctors to read X-rays, listen with a stethoscope and bandage broken legs.  And what little kid wouldn’t like crawling through an anthill, settling into a bird’s nest or making a fort in a tree house?
