Empire Honda - (303) 708-2000

I originally bought my Honda Civic at this dealership. Naturally, I took my car in for the recommended scheduled maintenance services and oil changes to the dealership. On many occasions I recieved rude, unhelpful, and disrepsectful service. For example, on the recording as well as a sign posted in their office tells the customer that there is a one-way shuttle that can take you home or wherever else you need to go whenever you bring your vehicle in to be serviced. Several times I asked to be shuttled back to my home and the service man told me that shuttle was either unavailable, or too busy, or some other lame excuse. I never once was allowed to take advantage of their shuttle service. I also believe that their prices were very high and that they were purposely inflating their prices at least to me. I complained many times and it seems that nothing would change. I would always recieve a curt apology over the phone and that's it. I will never return to this dealership for ser
