Great Lakes Airlines - (303) 348-1705

Vacation was great Golden was a lot of fun. We had a rough start though my Mom was included in my vacation package which included an airline ticket to Denver, CO. We were flying out of Burlington, IA on very small plane(Beachcraft) from Great Lakes airlines. My 75 year old mom, 12 twelve year old son and I were sitting on the plane preparing for take off. Suddenly my mother starting having a major panic attack due to feeling clostrophbic. Although I know my mom did not are for enclosed spaces I was not expecting that! The pilots were wonderful and so helpful in the situation. The pilots escorted her off the air craft and we all talked for a few minutes as they tried to comfort her the best they could. Nevertheless my mom decided not to go. I understand there is probably no way to get a refund on her airline ticket to Denver but I am so appreciative for their kindness and patience they demonstrated.
